Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to all international locations serviced by UPS, FedEx, and DHL. USPS International Service is only available to Canadian customers. Please use the "Request International Shipping Quote" option at checkout to ensure we can get you the cheapest shipping rates! International Shipping costs do not include any customs, duties, VAT, or brokerage fees that may be assessed at the time of import. Some fragile products such as 3D printed pushbars cannot be shipped internationally.

How long will it take to for my order to ship?

All orders are assembled and shipped in the order that they are received. Most products are assembled and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time of ordering unless otherwise specfied on the product page, but may ship sooner or later depending on order volume.

Custom orders do not have a guaranteed completion timeframe or estimated lead time.

Pre-configured models carry a minimum 4-6 week lead time.

What is ShipInsure Package Protection?

ShipInsure is our chosen third-party shipping insurance provider. Shipping insurance is an optional add-on for your order available at check-out. Insurance pricing is based on your total order value. Orders placed without shipping insurance are only covered up to the carrier's default coverage.

Products

Do you offer bulk pricing?

We do! Order 5 or more PCBs of the same type and a 10% discount will be applied at checkout.

How do your PCBs work?

All of our PCBs come pre-assembled with a momentary switch on lead wire (only used for pattern control), and a pre-soldered power connection of your choosing. Our products are designed to be "plug and play" where they will work straight out of the box by hooking them up to a power supply.

Do you have any tutorials?

Unfortunately we don't have any detailed instructions or installation guides at the moment. Our PCBs are designed to be plug and play, but a basic understanding of wiring and splicing can prove beneficial when assembling your model.

The LEDs are off, but my battery is still dying, what gives?

Although the LEDs are 'off' the microcontroller will continue to draw power from the battery while it 'listens' for a button press to turn the LEDs back on. To completely eliminate battery drain, you should splice a toggle on/off switch into your circuit.

The PCB is unresponsive to the button press and/or the LEDs are glowing red/orange?

This behavior is indicative of an insufficient amount of current being supplied to the PCB, you'll need to replace the battery to correct this issue. We recommend a fresh, name brand battery for best results. If the issue persists after the battery has been swapped, please contact us for assistance.

What's the difference between a custom order and a pre-configured model?

Custom orders are well, custom! They are tailor-made specifically for you and to your specifications. Pre-configured models are fixed price models that we have already designed and while built to order, typically have a shorter lead time than a custom model. Pre-configured models cannot be customized in any way outside of the options listed on the product page.
