Refund policy

 

Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

  • Circuit boards can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If a board is damaged in transit, you may return the board and receive a replacement at no additional cost. Damage must be reported to sales@wccdiecast.com within 3 days of delivery scan.
  • Attempting to alter the components of any PCB, to include programming, will void any right to a warranty/repair claim or refund.

 

Ready To Ship Models

  • Ready To Ship Models are not eligible for return.
  • West Coast Collectibles is not responsible for minor paint or decal imperfections that may be present on factory painted/decaled models.
  • If a ready to ship model is damaged in transit, you may return the model for repair at no additional cost. Damage must be reported to sales@wccdiecast.com within 3 days of delivery scan
  • Damage reported after 30 days from delivery scan is not eligible for a covered-cost repair. You are responsible for shipping, repair, and labor costs. 

 

Built To Order (Pre-Configured) and Custom Models 

    • Because built to order models are made to order, and customized for you, they cannot be returned.
    • West Coast Collectibles is not responsible for minor paint or decal imperfections that may be present on factory painted/decaled models.
    • In the event that a built to order model is damaged in transit, you may return the model for repair at no additional cost (International Shipments may be subject to return shipping costs, or a partial refund may be offered). Damage must be reported to sales@wccdiecast.com within 3 days of delivery scan.
    • Damage reported after 3 days from delivery scan is not eligible for a covered-cost repair. You are responsible for shipping, repair, and labor costs. 
    • Deposits for built to order and custom models are considered non-refundable once supplies have been purchased. Failure to pay the remaining balance of your order will result in your deposit being forfeited, and your order will be cancelled. 

 

International Shipments

  • Receiver is responsible for all Customs & Duties that may apply on shipments. 
  • Refusal of any shipment and/or customs duties nullifies your refund guarantee. 
  • West Coast Collectibles is not responsible for lost packages once they have departed the USA
